LightHouse Engineering is a full service Engineering firm specializing in Foundation Inspections and Complete Home Inspections. We are qualified to perform engineering inspection services in both Texas and Oklahoma. Our Engineers a unbiased, ethical, and independent inspectors. We are NOT associated with ANY foundation contractor. When you hire Lighthouse Engineering, you are getting a qualified Engineer, not a salesmen. If we can save you just one pier, by recommending alternative methods, than we have paid for our own services.

Michael Gandy, PE is a licensed Professional Engineer with a background in engineering construction and structural analysis. Mike is qualified both academically and practically. He has earned a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters Degree in Engineering from the University of Texas in Arlington. He has performed many foundation inspections and home inspections throughout the North Texas and Oklahoma area.

Mike is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), The National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), and the Grand Prairie Board of Realtors.
